• The Courtyard - 12,900 sq/ft. he heart of The Setai the Courtyard is perfect for large to mid-sized receptions offering a number of production options and partial or full privatization. Open-air space with retractable canopy rooftop. Serenity pond and separate bar area with access to either Jaya private dining room or The Chef’s Kitchen for dinners.
• Jaya - 5,220 sq/ft. This warm, yet sprawling restaurant boasts an exhibition kitchen, mother-of-pearl and granite countertops and Courtyard views for your next event. Stone brick walls and wood tiling pave with Shanghai bricks the floors, giving an authentic Asian and grand feel throughout.
• Private Dining Room Courtyard - 485 sq/ft. This intimate, yet elegant space can be privatized from the main restaurant for full privacy intimacy, while also overlooking The Courtyard with surrounding glass windows. Perfect for dining activities and small meetings.
• The Ocean Grill - 3,780 sq/ft. One of the only restaurants in South Beach with direct views of the ocean, The Ocean Grill is perfect for seated dinners or evening receptions. Gorgeous views of our infinity pools and Ocean Suites tower serve as the backdrop to your outdoor event. Can also include the 12,500 sq/ft Pool Deck.
• The Penthouse - 7,000/with Penthouse Terrace 10,000 sq/ft.
